Q: How long will it take to process my order?
A: As a one-woman show, I aim to process orders within 1-3 business days. During the holiday season, it can take 3-5 business days. I do not process orders on weekends or holidays.
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: I ship products via USPS First Class Package or USPS Priority, depending on the weight of items purchased. Generally, these options take 3-4 business days.
Q: If we live in Woodstock or the surrounding area, can we pick up our order and avoid shipping costs?
A: Sadly, local pick-up is not currently an option.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: I do not currently accept returns. Please see my return policy.
Q: Do you offer exchanges?
A: I do not currently offer exchanges.
Q: Can I cancel or change my order after it's been placed?
A: I pride myself on my fast turnaround! Orders cannot be canceled or changed once they've been placed. However, you may initiate a return after you've received your products.
Q: I think my order is lost. What should I do?
A: First, contact USPS to inquire/file a claim. If this doesn't help, please contact me, and I will investigate ASAP. Sometimes packages get lost! I don't have control over this, but I can remedy the situation.
Q: My order arrived damaged. Help!
A: If merchandise was damaged in transit, please contact me. Be sure to include a picture of damaged merchandise.
